FROM YOUR DESIGN TO FINISHED APPAREL

A comprehensive overview of our 12-stage manufacturing ecosystem in Sialkot, Pakistan, engineering custom sportswear, streetwear, and private label clothing.

Precision Engineering

The 12-Stage Manufacturing Journey

Every garment batch follows an orchestrated production pathway designed for repeatability, durability, and buyer satisfaction.

Tech pack review and CAD design
Stage 01 & 02

Design, Tech Pack Review & Material Selection

Our technicians examine your design illustrations, vector files, and measurement grading tables. We review fabric compositions, yarn counts, and physical GSM requirements to match your garment’s intended performance or streetwear weight.

  • Digital CAD conversion of tech packs
  • Fabric mill sourcing (combed cotton, loopback terry, poly-spandex)
  • Color matching with Pantone reference codes
Pattern making and pre-production sampling
Stage 03 & 04

Pattern Making & Sampling Development

Master patterns are drafted for every requested size. We assemble pre-production samples allowing you to inspect the physical drape, seam construction, and overall fit prior to authorizing mass fabric cutting.

  • Graded size charts (XS to 5XL)
  • Pre-production sample evaluation
  • Tolerance and shrinkage testing
Precision knife fabric cutting table
Stage 05 & 06

Precision Cutting & Industrial Stitching

Bulk fabric rolls are rested to relieve tension before being spread on long cutting tables. Precision knife cutters carve panels according to CAD markers. The cut bundles then move to dedicated sewing lines equipped with flatlock, overlock, and twin-needle industrial machines.

  • Automated & manual precision blade cutting
  • Flatlock 4-needle 6-thread athletic seams
  • Reinforced bar-tacking on stress points and pockets
High-density embroidery and screen printing
Stage 07 & 08

Printing, Sublimation & Embroidery

Our branding units execute graphic treatments according to technical specifications. Whether it is all-over dye sublimation for soccer jerseys, puff screen print for streetwear hoodies, or multi-color chenille lettering for varsity jackets, artwork is applied with sharp registration.

  • Multi-head computerized embroidery machines
  • Dye sublimation with high UV resistance
  • Direct-to-film (DTF) and high-density silicone prints
Private label tag attachment and quality inspection
Stage 09 & 10

Private Labeling & Quality Inspection

Custom woven neck labels, satin care labels, and hangtags are attached. Garments then proceed to quality control checkpoints where every piece undergoes dimensional measurement audits, loose thread trimming, and visual defect screening.

  • Damask woven labels, size tabs, and wash care tags
  • AQL-standard measurement tolerance checks
  • Industrial steam pressing and thread finishing
Packaging and export freight dispatch
Stage 11 & 12

Export Packaging & Worldwide Dispatch

Completed garments are folded and packed into individual polybags with size stickers, silica gel packs, and custom hangtags. Master cardboard cartons are sealed with strapping bands and handed over to international freight forwarders for air or ocean transit.

  • Individual polybags and master cartons
  • Clear shipping marks and commercial invoices
  • Air courier (DHL, FedEx) and ocean cargo handling
